Booking

To access tours or exhibitions, it is mandatory to purchase your entrance ticket online on this website.

One change of date or time is permitted, without any additional cost, up to 24 hours before departure. In case of rebooking, the tour must be completed within 6 months from the original booking date. No refund or rebooking is possible if the request is received within 24 hours prior to the activity date or in case of no-show.
In case of delay, no refunds will be possible, but you can participate in the next available tour or another tour, subject to availability.

Visit planning

Fondazione Giorgio Cini is accessible to wheelchair visitors. Unfortunately, access to the Palladian Refectory Hall alone cannot be guaranteed due to reasons related to the monumental nature of the historic architecture.

The Borges Labyrinth is not accessible by wheelchair due to space constraints.

The Wood with the Vatican Chapels is also accessible to wheelchair visitors, only if accompanied. Please note that the path is on gravel and grassy terrain, with possible dips and gently sloping sections.

Small pets are allowed in the halls and outdoor areas if carried in their own carrier or in arms for the entire duration of the visit. Guide dogs for visually impaired and blind persons are an exception.
