Maurizio Galimberti. Between Polaroid/Ready Made and Italo Calvino’s American Lessons
Curated by Denis Curti, the exhibition presents some of the artist’s most famous photographic mosaics, including portraits of Johnny Depp, Barbara Bouchet and Angelica Huston. Divided into six sections – Cenacolo, Storia, Sport, Ritratti, Taylor Swift, Luoghi – the exhibition offers a unique look at reality, fragmented and recomposed in compositions of great visual impact.
From April 10, 2025 to January 6, 2026
Robert Mapplethorpe. The Forms of the Classic
Over 200 works tell the artistic journey of one of the most iconic photographers of the twentieth century. From the collages of the Sixties to the famous portraits of Patti Smith, Andy Warhol, Lisa Lyon, Yoko Ono and many others, the exhibition explores the link between contemporary photography and classicism. The sculptural nudes, floral still lifes and archive documents offer a poetic and powerful portrait of the artist.
